On December 28, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan will hold an auction for the sale of state property, at which 43 lots will be put up. The announcement was published on Wednesday in the official Turkmen press.
Potential investors will be able to purchase objects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the State Committee of Water Resources of Turkmenistan, the Turkmenawtoulaglary agency, the State Agency for Road Construction Management, the Turkmenhaly state association, the Turkmenhimiya state concern, as well as the mayoralty of Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary regions and the city of Ashgabat.
The most expensive lot at the auction will be the Dovrebap shopping and entertainment center of the Lebapdasharysovda self-supporting foreign economic association. The initial price for it was set at 51.9 million manats.
The lowest initial price at the auction will be set for the lemonary of the Hojambaz consumer society of the Union of Consumer Societies of the Lebap region, which can cost a potential investor 71.6 thousand manats. The table with all lots in PDF format can be downloaded using this link.
Both citizens of Turkmenistan and foreigners, as well as non-governmental legal entities who have submitted an application in the prescribed form, who have made a deposit and a special fee within the prescribed period, can take part in the auction. Applications are accepted by the Ministry of Finance.
