Oriented on making people closer

The lower house of the Turkmen Parliament decided to classify the newly created settlement "Galkynysh", erected on the territory of the Bereket district of the Balkan region, as a settlement. The text of the resolution, approved by the Chairman of the Mejlis Gulshat Mammedova, is cited by TDH.

Within the framework of the resolution, the necessity of abolishing and transferring the Gulmach farming association with its villages Gulmach, Gamakly, Isgender, Ok and Oylegushluk to the administrative subordination of Galkynysh is also indicated.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection has been instructed to describe the administrative boundaries of the new settlement.

The new modern settlement built within the framework of the "National Program of the President of Turkmenistan on the transformation of housing and living conditions of the population of villages, towns, cities of etraps and etrap centers for the period up to 2028" will contribute to the socio-economic development of the country and the improvement of its administrative and territorial division.
