Turkmenistan expands the geography of exports of liquefied gas

The countries agreed on the organization of supplies of Turkmen liquefied gas to Tajikistan during a visit to Ashgabat by President Emomali Rahmon in August last year.
By the end of 2021, Turkmenistan managed to deliver about 5 thousand tons of liquefied gas are delivered to Tajikistan, but Dushanbe intends to increase purchases.
In January of this year, the department for the production of liquefied gas in the Lebap region of the state concern "Turkmengaz" increased production by 16% compared to the same period of the previous year, producing about 8.4 thousand tons of products.
