 Project Ready4Trade supports electronic commerce of Turkmenistan

The international shopping centre within the limits of project Ready4Trade in Central Asia carries out online training on commercial diplomacy and conducting trading negotiations for Turkmen experts.

The project «Central Asia is ready for trade» (Ready for Trade Central Asia, R4TCA), financed by the European Union for support of development of intraregional and international trade in five countries of Central Asia, is aimed at development of intraregional and international trade in the region by increase of transparency of trans-boundary requirements, elimination of regular and procedural barriers, strengthening of possibilities of business in observance of trading formalities and standards, perfection of trans-boundary electronic trade.

The given four-year initiative (2020-2023), consists of five components directed to elimination of standard and procedural obstacles for trade, strengthening of potential for observance of trading formalities and standards, improvement of trans-boundary electronic trade with simultaneous expansion of participation of enterprises headed by women in international trade.

During the training participants will discuss issues of admission into the World Trade Organization, advantages of WTO membership and other themes of economic policy. The online training will continue its work until October 15.

The project Ready4Trade supports small and medium business in search of new markets and development of trade online at national, regional and international levels. Within the limits of the project, the companies will get expert support in creation effective online platforms, and more advanced companies can receive consultations on increase of recognition of brand and marketing.
