Thailand will join the list of the most prestigious motorcycle races of the world

the first Turkmen Bodybuilding Championship, organized jointly by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan and the Federation for Bodybuilding, was held on March 11th in Ashgabat.
Over 50 sportsmen from different parts of the country took part in the championship. Competitions were held in 3 disciplines: "sports build", "athletic build" and bodybuilding, each of which had several growth and weight categories.
For example, bodybuilding disciplines had competitions for leadership in the following growth categories: 170 cm, 175 cm, 180 cm and above 180 cm. In bodybuilding, the winners were defined in such weight categories as 70 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg and 90+ kg.
As a result, Rustam Hudayguliyev (170 cm), Rustam Hadjiev (175 cm), Sanjar Nurbabaev (180 cm) and Timur Ramazanov (180+) won the race in the category of "sports build". The latter became the absolute champion in this discipline.
Roman Mingaliyev from the Dashoguz velayat became the first in the discipline of "athletic build".
And the winners of the bodybuilding class are Begench Berdinazarov (70 kg) and Rustam Karaev (80 kg) from Ashgabat, Kirill Leshchinsky (90 kg) from the city of Turkmenbashi, as well as the bodybuilder from the capital Nazar Garayev (90+ kg), who is also a twofold silver medalist of the Central Asian Bodybuilding Championship. The title of the absolute champion in this discipline went to Rustam Karaev - the champion of Central Asia in 2017.
The main judge of the competition was Vepa Nurnazarov - three-time champion of Central Asia in bodybuilding.
Many of the winners of this championship will go to the Central Asian Championship in bodybuilding and fitness, which will be held from 20th to 23rd of April in the capital of Uzbekistan - Tashkent.
The current absolute champion of Uzbekistan in bodybuilding and fitness in 2014 and 2016, two-time Asian champion, world champion 2016 Pavel Umurzakov was invited to the competition. He gave master classes in the sports club "Ashgabat".
