Free training opportunity for women interested in entrepreneurship

The Union of Economists of Turkmenistan is continuing the program "Enhancing the Competitiveness of Women in the Private Sector of Turkmenistan's Labor Market" and announces the call for applications to participate in the next stage of the program.

The program is implemented with the support of the European Union and methodological assistance from the public organization Achievements of Youth of Turkmenistan. Its goal is to increase women's competitiveness in the labor market and their ability to engage in income-generating activities by improving their entrepreneurial, digital, and personal skills. The program is carried out across all regions of the country, with the involvement of top certified trainers as well as experienced experts and consultants.

The trainings are conducted by specialists in the fields of legislation and labor law, digital and media literacy, job-readiness skills, and personal development. Topics covered include the specifics of women's entrepreneurship, business and financial planning, legal foundations of entrepreneurship, business ethics, leadership, communication skills, emotional intelligence, effective job search tools, modern business innovations, business promotion in the media, and more.

Applications are currently open for participants from Ashgabat, Ahal, and Balkan regions. Trainings in Ashgabat are scheduled for August 12–13 and 15–16, while trainings in Turkmenbashi will take place on August 22–23.
