Pathways to Employment: Applications are now open for the marketing module
13.05.2024 | 17:50USAID's Future Growth Initiative, in cooperation with Maslahatly Chozgut, is launching the “Pathways to Employment” program in Turkmenistan, aimed at creating new employment opportunities in Logistics, Marketing, and Human Resources Management (HR). The program targets recent university graduates seeking employment in these key sectors of the labor market. Candidates are expected to take the training seriously, complete the course in full, and actively participate in all classes and activities of the program. The training is held in Ashgabat. The "Pathways to Employment" project consists of three independent modules, each lasting 1 month. The first module, Logistics, has already started in May 2024.
Applications are now open for the marketing module: This module is a series of workshops where you will gain knowledge about marketing, including social media promotion, SEO optimization and using artificial intelligence for better results.
The HR module will start in July: Leading HR experts will share their knowledge and experience, helping you master the ins and outs of HR management. You will learn how to use the latest technologies to maximize your effectiveness.
The Final Pitch Day at the end of each module - a unique opportunity to declare yourself to employers: At this dynamic event, you will have the chance to interact directly with potential employers and demonstrate the skills and knowledge you have gained from the project.
