The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for the turnkey construction of 35kV and 110kV substations in the Balkan province:

Divisible lot No. 1 – Turnkey construction of 35kV and 110kV substations in the Balkan province

You are invited to:
• submit a written application addressed to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan on the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and details;
• get the lot specification and technical requirements from the Department of Advanced Development, New Technologies and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan;
• receive a package of tender documents by paying $1,500 (excluding VAT and bank payments).

Tender offers are accepted until March 22, 2024, at 16:00 local time.

Packages with tender offers are accepted for consideration after funds are credited to the account.
