China welcomes Japanese business — Vice-Premier He Lifeng.

Economic cooperation between countries is not only an exchange of goods and investments but also a bridge of mutual understanding and trust. When neighbours speak the language of mutual benefit, new opportunities for common growth open up.
He, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, made the statement during a meeting with a delegation of the Japan Association for the Promotion of International Trade (JAPIT) in Beijing. Noting that China and Japan are close neighbours and important economic and trade partners, He called on JAPIT to adhere to the correct course on historical issues, continue to develop the traditions of friendship with China and play a more significant role in developing China-Japan economic and trade cooperation.
JAPIT President Takeshi Iwai said the Japanese business community is ready to further expand exchanges with China and contribute to the continuous growth of bilateral economic and trade ties and the deepening of mutually beneficial cooperation.
As reported by CCTV+, Vice-Premier He Lifeng reaffirmed China's readiness to support Japanese business and utilize market opportunities, stressing the importance of bilateral cooperation for both countries.
