The 8th regional meeting of heads of border agencies of the CIS member states was held in Khiva, Uzbekistan, on March 28. Within the framework of a joint project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Program “Safe migration in Central Asia” in Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, a study visit was organized from March 24 to 28 by a delegation of representatives of the named department, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of the country to Uzbekistan to study experience in the field of improving labor relations norms.
