The Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall in Yerevan has become the opening venue for the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Armenia, the Turkmen Embassy in the country reports. The ceremony was attended by cultural and art figures, historians, art historians, as well as media representatives.

The Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater in Ashgabat will present the premiere of Uzbek playwright Izzat Sultanov's comedy "Family Secret" on June 26 and 29, the theater informed ORIENT.

The International Festival of Student Theaters of the Turkic world was held in Tashkent for the first time. Student theaters of creative universities of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Turkmenistan presented their performances at the Uzbek venue. On May 28, the Russian Ethnographic Museum in St. Petersburg will host a large-scale holiday "Carpet World" dedicated to the Day of the Turkmen Carpet, celebrated annually in Turkmenistan on the last Sunday of May.
