The Association of Composers of the Caspian countries, which will constantly interact with the composer communities of Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan, decided to create in 2024. This decision was made by the participants of the First International Forum of Composers of the Caspian Sea, taking place these days in Astrakhan as part of the festival of classical art "Caspian Seasons - 2023".
