The competition of young musicians is the creative core of the Moscow International Art Festival "Sounds of Dutar" named after Nury Halmamedov, which will be held for the seventh time in the Russian capital from October 29 to November 4. One of the most important tasks of the festival is to preserve the spirit of classical music in a modern context.
