The next visit was organized as part of the joint work with the State Museum of Turkmenistan on the conservation and restoration of a unique artifact – an image of the Buddha's head, a fragment of sculpture found in Ancient Merv and dated to the 5th century.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Aydogdiyev visited the Museum and Exhibition Complex of the Russian Academy of Arts - the venue of the Moscow International Art Festival "Sounds of Dutar" named after Nury Halmamedov. An excursion was held for the distinguished guest, where the works of the President of the Republic of Armenia, People's Artist of the USSR and the Russian Federation, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Zurab Tsereteli were shown, as well as concert venues for the Sounds of Dutar festival.
