The best cinematographers of the Turkic world were awarded the highest award — the Golden Star TURKSOY for their contribution to the development of Turkic cinematography and the strengthening of cultural ties. The award ceremony took place within the framework of the XV Tashkent International Film Festival "Pearl of the Silk Road", held this year from September 29 to October 2.

The Days of Culture of Tatarstan will be held from October 17 to 19 in Turkmenistan. The venue of the festival will be different locations in Ashgabat and the city of Mary, where festive celebrations, cultural and concert events with the participation of artists of the republic will be organized.

Six of the most famous fairy-tale princesses of the Soyuzmultfilm film studio will appear in the new short animated film “Princesses: A Fairytale Song.” Cartoon princesses - characters from Soyuzmultfilm's animated films of different years - will become the heroines of the New Year's story, the premiere of which is scheduled for the end of the year. This was announced by general producer of Soyuzmultfilm, Yulia Osetinskaya.

"The City of Masters" - an exhibition with the same name, telling about folk crafts and the history of rare and unusual professions, unfolded on September 29 at the Turkmen-Russian Pushkin School in Ashgabat. The workshops were located in conditionally divided five zones – here the best artists, designers, ceramists and representatives of other areas of folk and applied art shared the secrets of their success with the guys.

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan organized an exhibition of books and decorative and applied arts, which was held in the scientific library of the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University in honor of the 32nd anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence.
