“We have the opportunity to share best practices and know-how in the field of digital IT projects and management tools, such as innovative 4D and 5D BIM techniques, as well as in the location analytics sector,” Dario Lo Bosco, President of the Italian Railways RFI network wrote in Linkedin, commenting on the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding at a meeting with Mammetkhan Chakyev, head of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
“The memorandum, which was the result of a diplomatic meeting between our two countries, demonstrates the effective cooperation between the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group Infrastructure Hub and Turkmenistan in accordance with the strategic directions of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport,” Lo Bosco added.
He thanked everyone present at the meeting, including Minister Matteo Salvini and Deputy Minister Edoardo Rixi. The event, which took place in the meeting room of the FS Italiane Foundation, was also attended by the CEO of RFI, Gianpiero Stricuglio, the CEO of ANAS SpA (National Road Society) Aldo Isi and delegate administrator of Italferr SpA (the consulting and design company of the Italian state railway company FS) Andrea Nardinocchi.
