Chairman of the Mejlis Dunyagozel Gulmanova received a letter of credence from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Panama to Turkmenistan Rolando Enrique Barrow Noada.

On behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the head of the National Parliament congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to a high diplomatic post and wished him success in strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.

Enrique Barrow Noad was familiarized with the priorities of Turkmenistan's domestic and foreign policy, which consistently implements a peaceful strategy in the international arena based on the principles of positive neutrality, equal and mutually beneficial partnership.

The sides expressed their constant readiness to support intergovernmental cooperation through parliamentary diplomacy, strengthen the legal foundations of these relations, and exchange experience in parliamentary and law-making activities, the Turkmen parliament said in a statement.
