"Garagum" Showcases Advanced Nonwoven Materials and Medical Products in Geneva
"Garagum" Business Society, one of the leading manufacturers of nonwoven materials in Central Asia, presented its latest developments at the INDEX 2026 exhibition held in Geneva from May 19 to 22.
For the company, participation in INDEX marks its second appearance at the exhibition. "Garagum" first introduced its products at this prestigious global platform in 2023. Returning to the event with an updated product range and expanded exhibition stand highlights the company’s steady strengthening of its international presence, commitment to long-term cooperation, and continuous improvement of production technologies.
Today, "Garagum" exports its products to more than 15 countries, ranging from Brazil and the United Kingdom to Germany, Romania, and the countries of Central Asia. The company’s products are widely used in the medical, hygiene, industrial, and packaging sectors. Each product is developed in accordance with international quality standards and adapted to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers.
The high level of production is confirmed by four ISO certifications, including ISO 13485 — the international quality management system standard for medical devices. The company’s authority in medical manufacturing is officially confirmed by a license issued by the Ministry of Health of Turkmenistan.
Since 2022, "Garagum" has been a member of EDANA, the leading international association representing the nonwovens industry and related sectors.
