Applications are open in Turkmenistan for the Malaysian Scholarship Program

The Embassy of Malaysia in Turkmenistan has announced the start of applications for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship for the 2026 academic year.

Funded by the Government of Malaysia, the program offers citizens of Turkmenistan the opportunity to pursue Master’s degree studies at public universities in the country.

Studies are available in coursework, mixed mode, or research-based Master’s programs. The duration of study ranges from 24 to 36 months.

Applications for the program are open until June 12, 2026.
