New textbooks on French, Literature, and Labor were published in Turkmenistan
The educational fund of Turkmenistan has been expanded with a series of modern teaching aids. The State Publishing Service of the country released three new editions in 2026, developed specifically for secondary schools in accordance with current state programs.
Language and culture
A textbook titled "French (Second Foreign Language)" has been published for 5th-grade students. The book, authored by G. Amanova, T. Atdayeva, and O. Gazakova, aims at the comprehensive development of speaking, reading, and writing skills. The material is divided into five thematic blocks — from the topic of family to nature — which helps schoolchildren not only learn words but also understand the culture of other countries.
Practical life skills
Fifth-graders in schools with Russian as the language of instruction will begin studying the subject "Household Labor" using a new textbook by A. Yegenova and A. Hojayeva. The textbook emphasizes practice: it teaches independence, responsibility, and home management. This is an important step in raising a well-rounded personality ready for everyday tasks.
In-depth study of literature
A fundamental textbook titled "Literature" has been prepared for graduating students (12th grade). The team of authors covers the most important stages — from the classics of the 1960s–1980s to works from the era of Independence and world masterpieces. A special place in the book is devoted to the works of such outstanding masters as Kerim Gurbannepesov and Gurbannazar Ezizov. The edition will help high school students develop analytical thinking and broaden their horizons before entering universities.
