On March 27, 2026, the official launch of the Ozon platform took place in Turkmenistan. Users gained access to a wide range of products — from electronics and clothing to home goods — with the option of direct delivery to the country.

At the initial stage, the service operated only in Ashgabat, but starting from April 3, logistics were expanded to all regions. Currently, customers can place orders and receive them at any post office of the Turkmenpochta company across the country.

The expansion of delivery coverage has significantly increased access to online shopping for the population. Orders can be paid for using bank cards issued by authorized banks of Turkmenistan, provided that the online payment function is enabled.

For users who do not have a suitable card or have questions about obtaining one, consultation support is also available. Customers can contact the “075” helpline of Turkmenpochta to receive up-to-date information about available card options and their usage rules.

Thus, the Ozon service is now available throughout Turkmenistan, offering residents a convenient way to order goods from an international assortment.

As previously reported, more than 150 million products across various categories — from children's goods to household appliances — are already available on the ozon.tm platform.
