The Turkmengas State Concern Is Holding an Open Tender
The Turkmengas State Concern is holding open tender No. T/GAZ-018 for the procurement of materials and equipment for production needs.
Tender period:
From March 24, 2026, to May 4, 2026.
Bid submission deadline: May 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time.
Tender subject:
Lot No. 2 — general plant equipment;
Lot No. 3 — electrical products, instrumentation, and automation.
Only manufacturers of these products may participate, provided they meet the requirements of the tender documentation.
Participation Procedure:
Interested companies must submit a written application indicating their full name, legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details. Participants must also familiarize themselves with Turkmenistan's tender legislation, the list of required documents, and obtain technical documentation for the lots.
Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Participation Fee:
To participate, you must pay USD 500 (or the equivalent in manat) per lot. This amount does not include VAT or bank charges.
Proposal Submission Procedure:
Bid proposals will be accepted from the moment the announcement is published and will be reviewed once funds have been credited to the account. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and contain a complete set of documents, including electronic versions of the questionnaire and contract terms (in Word format), as well as technical and economic specifications (in Excel format).
Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
