International tender of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”
The State Concern “Turkmennebit”, on behalf of the tender commission, announces International Tender No. 203 for the development of project documentation and the implementation of a full range of works aimed at improving the automated system of the electronic database and introducing new systems at the enterprises of the concern.
The tender will be held from March 13 to April 27, 2026.
According to the conditions, only manufacturing companies that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are allowed to participate in the tender.
Main participation requirements
Potential participants must:
— submit a written application expressing their intention to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the company, legal status, country of registration, and bank details;
— familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, as well as with the extract from the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the list of documents required for participation;
— obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract;
— pay a tender participation fee of USD 1725 per lot or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats (including VAT).
Companies registered in offshore zones or having bank accounts in offshore zones are not allowed to participate in the tender.
Submission of tender proposals
Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”, but no later than 12:00 (local time) on the 30th working day.
Proposals submitted after the established deadline will not be considered.
The complete tender proposal must be submitted in one sealed envelope certified with an ink seal. The envelope must also contain:
— an electronic version of the application form;
— the main terms of the contract (in Word format);
— the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
