Turkmenistan's national carrier has adjusted its international flight schedule on three routes due to the situation in regional airspace.

Turkmenistan Airlines has officially notified passengers of the forced suspension of scheduled flights from March 9 to April 1, 2026, on the Ashgabat-Dubai, Ashgabat-Abu Dhabi, and Ashgabat-Jeddah routes.

This measure was introduced based on an in-depth risk assessment and is aimed at ensuring maximum flight safety.

Refund and Rebooking Policy

The airline has confirmed that all obligations to passengers will be fulfilled in full. Two options are available:

Full Refund: 100% refund of the ticket price without any penalties or deductions.

Free Rescheduling: Change of departure date to the next available flight after service resumes.

Where can you apply for a refund?

Passengers who purchased tickets at the ticket office should contact the point of purchase or any official airline representative. For tickets purchased online at turkmenistanairlines.tm, refunds will be processed automatically to the payer's bank card.

The carrier's technical services are on high alert, responding promptly to changes in the international situation to protect the interests of their customers.
