The coming days in Turkmenistan promise spring-like warmth. Already today, at February 16, unusually high temperatures for late winter persist in several regions, and in the coming days thermometers will again exceed +20°C, in some places approaching +30°C.

According to meteorological observations, record values were recorded in the country on February 14. In some regions, air temperatures rose to +28°C.

In a number of settlements, such high readings surpassed absolute temperature maxima for the entire observation period.

Forecasters predict that temperatures above +20°C will continue over the next few days — February 17, 18, and 19. The highest values are expected in the south of the country, where in some places the air may warm up to +30°C or higher.

Thus, February 2026 continues to surprise with unusually warm weather, showing figures more typical of April than of the final month of winter.
