Belavia increased passenger traffic and set a record in cargo transportation in 2025
National airline Belavia summed up its results for 2025. The company managed to significantly strengthen its market position: the number of passengers transported increased, and the volume of cargo transportation grew by almost one and a half times.
Passenger transportation: focus on regional routes
Over the past year, the airline served about 2.1 million people, which is 8.4% more than in 2024. A significant achievement was the development of flights from regional centers. More than 1,600 flights were operated from regional airports, serving 145,000 passengers. The efficiency of operations is also confirmed by high aircraft load factor — flights were on average 85.9% full.
Records in logistics
Cargo air transportation became the main driver of growth. The volume of delivered cargo reached 3.3 million tons, which is 59.7% higher than the previous year. Such a sharp increase indicates the company’s successful adaptation to new logistics challenges and high demand for fast delivery of goods.
Expanding flights from regional centers makes travel more convenient, allowing people to fly directly from their regions. At the same time, the growth in cargo transportation helps businesses deliver goods faster, strengthening trade ties and the country’s economy.
