January 23 | ORIENT. High-level consultations in the Central Asia-Russia format were held in Moscow. The key topic of the meeting was the practical "unpacking" of the Joint Action Plan for 2025-2027, adopted by the leaders of the six countries at the October summit in Dushanbe.

Turkmenistan: From Initiatives to Practice. The head of the Turkmen delegation, Ambassador Esen Aydogdyev, emphasized the proposals of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Ashgabat insists that any multilateral cooperation must have a concrete, practical focus. This is not just a matter of declarations, but of systemic work, where equality and consideration of the national interests of each member of the "six" are paramount.

Six Areas of Integration. Representatives from the Russian and Central Asian Foreign Ministries discussed how to establish seamless cooperation in priority areas:

Economics and logistics: creating sustainable trade chains.

Energy and ecology: coordinating efforts in a changing climate.

Humanities: new projects in medicine and culture.

Direct Dialogue between Ministries. Participants reached a common decision: to implement the outcomes of the Dushanbe Summit, it is necessary to launch a series of direct consultations between the relevant ministries of all six countries. This will allow the presidents' strategic initiatives to be translated into operational decisions.
