City of the Future by Mercedes-Benz: A Residential Complex of 12 Skyscrapers Will Be Built in Dubai
The German automotive giant Mercedes-Benz, in partnership with developer Binghatti, has unveiled a large-scale residential real estate project — Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City. This unique “city within a city” concept will cover 836,000 square meters in the Meydan district.
The project includes 12 skyscrapers housing 13,000 apartments with fully integrated infrastructure, ranging from shopping centers to wellness facilities. The centerpiece of the composition will be the Vision Iconic tower, standing 341 meters tall. The remaining buildings, arranged in a horseshoe shape, are named after the brand’s legendary models, including the Vision Maybach 6.
The architecture of the complex fully reflects the Mercedes-Benz design language. The building fronts feature chrome elements reminiscent of car radiator grilles. Apartment interiors are dominated by black and gray tones, natural wood, and leather, creating an atmosphere of premium comfort.
According to company representatives, the project is dedicated to the brand’s 140th anniversary. It marks Mercedes-Benz’s first experience in creating a fully integrated urban environment. For Dubai residents, the complex will not merely be a place to live, but a large-scale architectural embodiment of the iconic brand’s philosophy.
