The 12th specialized exhibition of Turkish export goods will be held in Ashgabat from February 10th to 12th. This traditional event in the Turkmen capital takes on special significance in 2026: it is taking place against the backdrop of the triumphant performance of the Turkish economy, which has just entered the top league of global exporters.

Context: Turkey's Export Spurt. According to the latest data from the Turkish Ministry of Trade, by the end of 2025, the country will officially join the group of countries with export volumes of up to $400 billion. Minister Ömer Bolat stated a historic record: total exports of goods and services reached $396.5 billion, with December alone reaching an unprecedented $26.4 billion.

The Ashgabat exhibition will be one of Turkey's first major international venues this year, where exporting companies (of which there are already more than 160,000 in the country) will demonstrate the foundations of this success.

Industry Profile: The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will host an exhibition reflecting the main drivers of Turkey's "economic miracle." This includes not only traditional textiles and furniture, but also the high-tech agro-industrial sector:

Innovations in the Agricultural Sector: Modern Greenhouse Equipment and Irrigation Systems

Comfort Industry: Designer Furniture and Interior Items Targeted at the Region's Growing Real Estate Market

FMCG Sector: Food, Cosmetics, and Household Chemicals, Already Firmly Found on Turkmen Store Shelves

Direct Dialogue and Logistics: For businesses, the exhibition remains the "gold standard" for direct contacts. The unmediated interaction model allows for contracts to be concluded "here and now." Notably, Turkey provides its exhibitors with full visa support, confirming the exhibition's status as a priority state project.

For Turkey, Turkmenistan is not only a reliable partner but also a strategic hub for accessing markets throughout Central Asia. Mutual trade turnover, approaching $5 billion, is supported not just by intentions but by actual contracts, which are expected to be signed in Ashgabat in February.
