A child of a citizen of Turkmenistan became the first New Year baby born in the capital of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, in 2026. This was reported by Belarusian mass media.
The baby girl was born at 04:00 at City Clinical Hospital No. 1. The newborn weighed 3.14 kilograms and measured 51 centimeters in height. She became the first child in a young family.
