This week, several regions of Turkmenistan are expected to experience a drop in nighttime temperatures down to −8°C. This is reported in the forecast of the Hydrometeorological Service, published in the newspaper Turkmenistan.

Ashgabat: Partly cloudy weather is expected. Eastern and northwest winds will strengthen to 11–16 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from −3 to +5°C, while daytime temperatures will rise to +6…+15°C.

Balkan Region: Partly cloudy conditions will continue, with possible precipitation at the end of the week. Wind speeds will be 8–17 m/s. Night temperatures are expected at −3…+2°C, daytime +12…+17°C, and +7…+12°C in coastal areas.

Ahal Region: Weather will be variable, with eastern and northwest winds up to 17 m/s. Night temperatures will be −4…+6°C, daytime +5…+18°C.

Mary Region: Partly cloudy conditions are expected. Wind will shift from northwest to southeast, reaching 11–16 m/s. Night temperatures will be −4…+8°C, daytime +4…+18°C.

Lebap Region: The lowest nighttime temperatures are expected — down to −8°C. Daytime temperatures will rise to +2…+17°C with partly cloudy skies and winds up to 16 m/s.

Dashoguz Region: Rain is possible at the end of the week. Winds will change direction, reaching 11–16 m/s. Night temperatures will drop to −8°C, daytime temperatures will range from −3 to +10°C.
