ELCD Program funded by the U.S. Embassy invites youth to apply for free English language courses
The English Language Capacity Development (ELCD) program, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan, invites motivated young people to apply for participation English language courses to be held in Ashgabat, Balkanabat, Dashoguz, Mary, and Turkmenabat.
This program is designed to help motivated young individuals improve their English skills and apply them to achieve their professional and educational goals.
Program Details:
• Format: In-person (offline) intensive courses
• Duration: February 2026 to November 2026
• Participation: Free of charge
Eligibility:
Citizens of Turkmenistan aged 15 to 29 are eligible to apply.
Participants will be selected through a competitive process.
