To strengthen its retail segment, Awtoyoly Group is looking for a Network Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining unified operational standards across all stores. The role requires working in a dynamic retail environment, monitoring service quality, improving processes, and ensuring effective communication between stores.
Requirements and Skills:
• Practical thinking, attention to detail, high degree of independence
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Knowledge of construction basics is an advantage for opening new stores
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the operational activities of the retail network
• Monitor service standards, product placement, and quality
• Supervise the opening of new stores and their launch
• Conduct field inspections and audits of stores
• Analyze turnover, stock, and sales dynamics
• Resolve complex situations and handle customer and employee feedback
• Recruit, integrate, and develop store staff
• Implement processes, standards, and improvements across the network
• Participate in optimizing layouts and work zones with relevant departments
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors
Requirements:
• Male, 35–45 years old
• Fluent in Russian and Turkmen
• Analytical mindset
• Basic understanding of construction processes is an advantage
• 2–3+ years of experience managing a retail network
• Knowledge of key retail processes: turnover, merchandising, service, stock control
• Experience opening new stores or optimizing an existing network
• Skills in implementing service standards and merchandising practices
• Experience in recruiting, adapting, and developing teams
• Ability to resolve conflicts and work with feedback
• Capable of making independent decisions in the field
• Systematic, structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain standards across the network
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Ability to work under high pace and multitasking conditions
