Turkmenistan Took Part in the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference on Public Administration


On November 6–7, delegation of Turkmenistan headed by the Rector of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan, A. Annamuradov, took part in the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to issues of public administration.
The event, organized by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, brought together 3,000 participants from 7 countries.
During the conference, key issues were discussed regarding the integration of scientific research and advanced technologies into the decision-making process in public administration, the exchange of experience and best practices among scholars, civil servants, and business representatives, as well as the development of proposals to improve the system of training personnel for government agencies and to enhance mechanisms of cooperation between science and the state.

Speaking at the plenary session “Global Trends and Best Practices in Public Administration,” A. Annamuradov provided a detailed overview of the activities of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan, where all necessary conditions have been created for the training, retraining, and professional development of senior management personnel and civil servants, ensuring their professional growth in accordance with modern requirements.
On November 7, A. Annamuradov held a meeting with the Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy, A. Komissarov.
Emphasizing the importance of the existing bilateral cooperation agreement, the parties discussed the implementation of joint additional professional education programs for civil servants and personnel reserves of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, improving the professional qualifications of teaching staff, and conducting joint research.
