Turkmenistan Participated in the National Forum on the Rule of Law in Dushanbe


A delegation from Turkmenistan, led by Deputy Minister of Justice Batyr Myradov, participated in the 11th National Forum on the Rule of Law, which was held in Dushanbe. The event brought together representatives of government agencies, foreign ministries of justice, international organizations, as well as the academic community and civil society.
During the forum, participants discussed a wide range of key issues aimed at improving legal systems. Topics included ensuring access to justice, implementing constitutional guarantees for human rights protection, developing civil and business legislation, and developing modern criminal law policies. Participants also focused on eliminating legal and institutional barriers to strengthening the rule of law and exchanging best international practices in the field of legislation.

Speaking at the event, the representative of Turkmenistan noted the country's commitment to the principles of the rule of law and the consistent implementation of reforms aimed at improving national legislation and enhancing the effectiveness of the judicial system. He emphasized the importance of international cooperation in strengthening legal frameworks, ensuring the protection of citizens' rights, and fostering a modern legal culture.
