A large-scale forum, "Turkmenistan Economy Days," will take place in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on October 30–31, 2025, opening up new prospects for European investment.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov previously instructed the event to be organized at a high level during the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on October 17, emphasizing the strategic importance of active international cooperation with EU countries.

The forum, which will be held at the Radisson Blu Frankfurt Hotel, will bring together over 70 leading German companies and financial and industrial associations, as well as over 50 Turkmen companies and strategically important government agencies.

Participants will hear presentations from representatives of the country's key economic sectors, including:

• Large-scale projects in the oil, gas, and chemical industries;

• Modern technologies in agriculture;

• Innovations in the textile industry;

• Development of healthcare and pharmaceuticals, using the Arkadag Medical Cluster as an example.

The forum's general sponsors are Ojar Aziya, a leading Turkmen company, and John Deere, an international giant in agricultural machinery, underscoring the seriousness and high level of the event and demonstrating the willingness of these strategically important players to support the development of trade and economic ties between Turkmenistan and Europe.

German participants include major industrial concerns and banks, such as Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, Uniper Global Commodities SE, Bayer AG, Knauf AG, BOMAG GmbH, CLAAS Global Sales GmbH, John Deere International GmbH, BASF-Intertrade, Merck, and others.

Leading industry associations will actively participate, including the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations (Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft), German Agribusiness Alliance, Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), and the Frankfurt Economic Development Agency.

The event is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan with the assistance of TMT Consulting Group, which provides organizational and communications support for the forum. A program has already been developed, including bilateral meetings and the signing of cooperation agreements, creating real opportunities to strengthen existing and establish new business ties.

The forum's program is rich and varied. In addition to the four main sessions, it includes:

• a roundtable discussion at the Frankfurt Economic Development Agency;

• a visit to the BASF headquarters and production complex;

• a visit to the Wirtgen Group headquarters and production facilities;

• a roundtable discussion at the financial institution AKA-Ausfuhrkreditgesellschaft GmbH (Germany).

This format of events will allow participants to gain practical insight into the cutting-edge technologies and experience of leading European companies, as well as establish direct business contacts for future joint projects.

The upcoming "Turkmenistan Economy Days" forum in Frankfurt will be an important international event that will unite the economies of Turkmenistan and Europe and create the conditions for a successful, long-term, mutually beneficial partnership.
