Turkmenistan and Qatar Develop Cooperation in Diplomatic, Educational Spheres
Today, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar, M. Seyitmammedov, met with Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Khorr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
During the meeting, the Turkmen side noted that the declaration of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust,” under the leadership of the Honorable President of Turkmenistan, has received wide international recognition and aligns with the principles of trust, equality, and mutual respect promoted in the country’s domestic and foreign policies.
The participants also discussed international events held to mark the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality and exchanged information about past and upcoming activities.
In addition, the parties considered ways to intensify cooperation within the framework of the 2025–2026 Roadmap for the implementation of the Memorandum signed between the Diplomatic Institute of Qatar and the Institute of International Relations and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan.
