Said Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dragon Oil, has arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit. His visit is timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of cooperation between the company and the state-owned Turkmennebit concern.

Said Al Tayer will participate in the 30th International Conference and Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2025,” one of the key events in the country’s energy sector.

The conference program is aimed at strengthening regional dialogue in the energy sector, discussing current trends in the global oil and gas industry, and attracting foreign investment to Turkmenistan’s fuel and energy complex.

Dragon Oil, headquartered in Dubai (UAE), is one of the leading oil and gas companies in the region and is part of the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) group. The company’s main activities include exploration, production, and export of hydrocarbons. Dragon Oil has been successfully operating in Turkmenistan since the late 1990s, implementing large-scale projects on the Caspian Sea shelf.
