A meeting between Saudi Arabia's Deputy Foreign Minister Walid bin Abdul Karim Al-Khuraiji and Turkmenistan's Ambassador Orazmuhammet Charyev took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Riyadh.
The Ambassador's courtesy visit marked the end of his tenure in the Kingdom.
The Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister praised the Ambassador's "good efforts to strengthen and improve relations" between the two countries and wished him continued success in his work.
Muhammetgeldi Ayazov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). The decree was signed by the President of Turkmenistan on October 3.
