China did not seek partners far and turned to Central Asia

The elucidation of the "trade relations" between the world's largest economies - American and Chinese, opens prospects for the states of Central Asia. This conclusion was reached by experts in trade and economic relations. In their view, now, when Washington and Beijing solve the issues with duties, Chinese buyers began to look for an alternative. Many of them, in this connection, decided not to go far and look to their neighbors - to Central Asia, as in the countries of the region, goods are produced in abundance, mainly agricultural products, which China usually bought in the USA. In addition, thanks to the Chinese mega-project "One belt, one way", the transport communication between the Middle Kingdom and Central Asia has improved significantly, which speeds up the delivery of goods. The very first result of this situation was the growth in the supply of some agricultural products from Central Asia to China. In particular, Kazakhstan this year increased wheat exports to China by 50%, and expects to increase these supplies three-fold by 2020. In addition, Kazakhstani farmers are planning to increase the supply of soybeans to China, which used to be the largest US export product supplied to the Middle Kingdom. About 8,500 tons of Kazakh soybeans have already been shipped to Chinese consumers. Experts note that China's needs in this product are 100 million tons, and therefore other countries in the Central Asian region can connect to soybean trade. Finally, Chinese importers stopped buying fruit in the US and are now working on organizing fruit imports from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. While it is difficult to say what the results will be in the current situation in world trade, but Chinese businessmen are clearly pleased that they have an alternative nearby. They emphasize that they have just begun to buy products in Central Asia in exchange for the American, and if the goods are good, the purchases will be increased.
