Uzbekistan will host the Asian Football Championship among youth teams next year. This was reported by the press service of the Asian Football Confederation. It is reported that the championship will be held from September 6 to 25, 2022. In October 2020, Uzbekistan planned to host the Asian Youth Football Championship among players older than 19 years first time in its history, but the tournament had to be canceled due to the pandemic.
