Turkmenistan and Canada Discuss Regional Cooperation and Energy Projects

On October 7, Turkmenistan’s Ambassador A. Movlamov held a courtesy meeting with Canada’s High Commissioner to Pakistan, Tariq Ali Khan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current situation in the region. The Ambassador of Turkmenistan spoke about the country's peaceful policy of permanent neutrality, aimed at strengthening trust, maintaining stability, and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation in the region.
Special attention was given to the strategic importance of infrastructure and energy projects, viewed as key elements for integrating the regional energy network and stimulating sustainable economic development.
The Ambassador of Turkmenistan wished the Canadian diplomat success in his mission in Pakistan.
