The EBRD Invites Entrepreneurs to Participate in the Recruitment Course

From April 26 to June 30, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will hold a series of seminars for small and medium-sized businesses on personnel management.
The purpose of the intensive online course, which will consist of 3 parts, is to analyze the current state of the HR system in companies, make the necessary decisions to improve the effectiveness of this system by implementing HR (Human resources) tools.
The success of any company depends on many factors, including the availability of a personnel management system. It increases the level of labor efficiency, business payback.
The philosophy of working with “human capital” adopted in the organization defines the principles that should be used as the basis for building a personnel management system. For rational personnel management at the enterprise, it is necessary to take into account the nature and scope of work, the complexity and labor intensity of production cycles, as well as the degree of equipment and automation of processes.
Thus, the participants of the seminar will learn how to plan personnel taking into account internal and external factors, organize the process of recruitment and adaptation of personnel, develop tools for evaluating the work executed and remuneration according to KPIs (key performance indicators) and competencies, as well as implement non-material motivation factors.
The online workshop will be conducted by Valentina Grigorieva, a certified management consultant, Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Management Consultants. She has ten years of experience as a consultant with small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan and Russia.
