NFC-sensors, with the help of which it is possible to replenish the balance of contactless smart cards for payment of travel in public transport, were installed in Ashgabat, in the terminals of the Senagat Bank. For payment, you need to select the icon on the terminal screen and bring the smart card to the sensor on the panel. After the sensor detects a "travel card", the display will show information about the balance. Then you need to deposit money into the terminal, either in cash or using a bank card, and click the "Next" button. If the operation is successful, the terminal will report this on the screen and print a receipt for payment. The new technology will save time and allow to replenish the "travel" card by bank transfer. NFC-sensors also suggest the possibility of paying for various services using contactless bank cards, about the development of which "Senagat" bank reported in September last year. Also, the new technology can be used to use mobile phones with NFC technology as virtual wallets. That is, these terminals have the opportunity to pay for services with the help of smartphones, but the introduction of this technology is a rather expensive and technically complex process that can last for years.
