Türkmennebit Announces International Tender for Procurement of Material and Technical Resources
State Concern Türkmennebit, on behalf of the tender commission, announces International Open Tender No. 182 for procurement involving manufacturers and participants who are exclusive distributors of manufacturers, for the following lot:
Lot No. 5 – Chemical Products and Auxiliary Materials
Interested parties are invited to submit applications at the office of Türkmennebit:
Submit an application (applications from participants registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones are not accepted) indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, and details;
Review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the extract from the “Tender Rules,” and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and main contract conditions;
Obtain the invoice for the participation fee of $575 USD (including VAT) or the equivalent in Turkmen manat for the lot, free of charge.
All interested potential suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender.
Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the tender announcement in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”, but no later than 4:00 PM local time on the 30th working day.
Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
The account details for payment will be provided upon submission of the written application.
One sealed envelope containing the full tender proposal, certified with a mastic seal, must be delivered to the address below from the date of publication and will be considered after payment has been received. The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the application form, the main contract terms (in Word format), and the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
