Leaders and employees of the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan took part in a conference
On October 3, at the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan, a conference was held with the participation of heads and representatives of ministries, sectoral administrative bodies, public organizations, as well as specialists of enterprises in the transport and communications sector.
The conference featured reports on the significance of the initiatives and proposals put forward by Arkadagly Hero Serdar during his working visit to New York, where he took part in the opening plenary meeting of the jubilee 80th session of the UN General Assembly, and which deserved broad support.
In his historic address, the Head of State noted: “Today, digital transformation holds a priority place on the development agenda. Turkmenistan intends to propose the creation of a World Platform for Digital Integration, based on the principles of equality, trust, and the inadmissibility of using information and communication technologies to the detriment of peace, security, and sustainable development.”
This emphasizes the necessity of a legal framework for projects implemented in the digital sphere and the importance of using digital technologies for common beneficial and positive purposes.
The participants of the conference expressed their gratitude to Arkadagly Hero Serdar for advancing global-scale initiatives aimed at spreading the doctrine of neutrality throughout the world and strengthening relations of friendship and brotherhood among nations and states.
