President of Turkmenistan Appoints New Deputy Prosecutors and Prosecutors
By decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan,” personnel appointments have been made within the country’s prosecutor system.
First-Class Lawyer Agayev Eziz Bashimdurdyyevich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan, released from his position as Prosecutor of the Koeurgench District of Dashoguz Province. Justice Advisor Yovshanov Begench Bashimgulyyevich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Ahal Province, released from his position as Prosecutor of the Etrek District of Balkan Province. Justice Advisor Charyyev Serdar Babajanovich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Dashoguz Province, released from his position as Deputy Prosecutor of Balkan Province.
Junior Justice Advisor Saparlyyev Nurmuhammet Meretseydovich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Balkan Province. Second-Class Lawyer Imamgulyyev Chynar Amangulyyevich has been appointed Prosecutor of the Kopetdag District of Ashgabat city, Second-Class Lawyer Ballyyev Babanepes Kemal ogly — Prosecutor of the Etrek District of Balkan Province, and Second-Class Lawyer Abaev Abahaji Jumadurdyyevich — Prosecutor of the Kunya-Urgench District of Dashoguz Province.
Justice Advisor Atayev Rahym Hekimovich has been released from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan due to the expiration of his term of office.
