Ashgabat to host congresses of cardiologists, physiologists, and oncologists
As part of the upcoming major international forum on healthcare, education, and sports, scheduled for October 10-12, Ashgabat will host a number of specialized medical congresses. These include the 11th Congress of Cardiologists of Turkic-Speaking States, the International Congress of Physiologists of Central Asian Countries, and the International Conference of Oncologists of Eurasian States.
Deputy Prime Minister Bayramgul Orazdurdyeva reported on preparations for these large-scale events at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting. Representatives of foreign and domestic companies, as well as scientists, doctors, and sports specialists, are expected to attend the conference and exhibition.
After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the targeted efforts to develop healthcare, education, and sports in the country and instructed that due preparations be made for the upcoming international events.
