Competition for young lawyers: innovations in the legal sphere
The international competition among young lawyers invites to participation of lawyers under 30.
Contest topics:
- Features of application of international legal norms in international energy projects;
- Current issues of international environmental law and modern legal solutions;
- Development of international legal capacity of international transport and transit corridors;
- Current experience and prospects of protecting the interests of the state in international arbitration courts.
Participants must submit their work of not more than 20 pages in the type Times New Roman on one of the following topics in the PDF format by emailing minjustice@online.tm by March 25, 2021 in any of the three languages: Turkmen, Russian, or English.
On March, 30, 2021 participants should act to defend their works by means of a video multiport conference. Duration of performance should not exceed 10 minutes. The data for a video multiport conference will be sent later to e-mail addresses of participants.
The works submitted to competition are estimated by the jury panel by a 10-point scale by the depth of studying of a topic, practical value and potential, validity, quality of performance and presence of innovative legal proposals and decisions.
Winners of the competition will be announced on March 31.
