Google I/O Extended Conference to be held in Ashgabat for the first time
On September 20, Ashgabat will host the first-ever Google I/O Extended conference in Turkmenistan, organized by Google Developer Groups Ashgabat. I/O Extended is a local version of Google’s annual developer conference. Its purpose is to bring the key ideas and major announcements of Google’s main tech event to communities around the world.
According to the organizers, the event program will include discussions on the latest announcements and innovations presented at Google I/O 2025:
from advancements in artificial intelligence and Android to cloud services and the future of web technologies. The organizers emphasize that the conference will serve as an inspiring platform for knowledge exchange, exploring modern trends, and expanding professional connections.
